PTC Creo Software - Troubleshooting

Missing right mouse button start menu

Some updates of Windows delete the right mouse start menu you use to start PTC Creo.

Not enough free space on your SSD

When you have an additional drive you can solve the problem by creating a NTFS junction.
In order for this to work both drives (SSD and second drive) need to be formatted for NTFS.

I'm connected but the VPN doesn't work

Most probably, you're a victim of the Windows 10 blues.
Sometimes Windows tampers with the driver of the VPN software.
You're connected but you can't start PTC Creo.
In this case you have to reinstall the driver for the VPN network interface..

The license server is not accessable

Most probably, something happened with the license server.
You can try to reconfigure Creo to reach the license server through another IP address.
